Studio Net Solutions opinion:

I have to say it is time we go beyond Intellect regarding Education and more especially Business Education. That was the subject of my MBA Thesis, we did a deep research at a very famous university of a third world country and the result was extraordinarily clear.

Intellect represent just 5 to 10% of our overall brain development, we should stop once and for all this mechanism of repeating like parrots what books say, repeating mathematical formulas, accounting terms, etc. We should stop once and for all specialization and concentrating instead on generalization. But what this does really mean? Generalization in this case is Humanism as an overall and holistic development. Otherwise wonder yourselves why the best Managers come from Humanist fields? I think Human Beings are more than a cold rational analysis. The secret of a truly holistic educational system is based on an overall development that would include the Spiritual level allowing our conciousness to rise. We are "Teaching" our students rather than "Instructing" them. When we "Instruct" them we will be allowing them to achieve the so wanted Integration of the Personality. That integration is the alignment and perfect coordination of: Body, Intellect, Mind, Ego and Soul. Pondering this 5 strategies in any Business School will estructure so many human qualities rather than skills or excellent study case qualifications. When we simply "teach" we are not Instructing them not to steal money from the people or his or her company, by instruction we are enabling her or him to have a very strong ethical sense. Instruction means exploring this 5 big areas of our personality, thus activating so many dormant zones deep inside of our subconcious mind making it more conscious. I still wonder why don't Harvard include in its educational program a very important subject related to these big areas of our personality? And please do not tell me that is idealistic otherwise I would say all what we see nowadays, say, Technology is idealistic cause all what we have nowadays: Internet, Mobiles, Fax, PC exist cause a few good men were sure about this universal law: The Foundamental of this visible world is the invisible. Our education represent just the top part of the iceberg, the rest reside deep down our Inner Being. It is time we start focusing our attention to those areas.

I can really contribute with this, and I can assure results would be seen in the shorter and mid term run, I have a MBA and iam a professor and i know how does it feel, however I really positive and realistic and I have a very powerful strategy to remedy this situation. We must act as soon as possible. Contact me so we can talk more about these premises.

Warmest regards from Spain,

Henry Alzamora, Professor, Lecturer and Internet Entrepeneur. Alcala de Henares School of Business Graduate (MBA), Alcala de Henares University, Madrid, Spain
